1. Chop 4 oz. dark chocolate. Melt.
2. Peel 4-6 clementines. Dip slices in chocolate.
3. Place in fridge.
4. Arrange on antique turquoise serving plate.
5. Make sure you ate some before you got to the party. They don't last long.
